MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 33-year-old Milwaukee man has been charged for shooting at two Milwaukee Police officers in September.
According to the criminal complaint, 33-year-old Alfredo Montanez drove away from a traffic stop near 12th and Cleveland in September.
Officers followed Montanez until he crashed a few blocks away.
Investigators say he got out of an SUV and fired at the officers.Â
The officers returned fire and Montanez ran away.
He's facing a number of charges including recklessly endangering safety and fleeing an officer.Â
