Man missing after night on Water Street

MILWAUKEE- The brother of John Moebs said he hasn't seen older brother since late Friday night, before he went out to a bar on Water Street.

Moebs, 33-years-old, sent a text message to his girlfriend at around 3:30 a.m. Saturday saying that he was almost home and that he thought he broke his nose.

Moebs had been out at Brothers Bar and Grill.

Scott Moebs said his brother's disappearance is completely out of character.

He admitted John  had a troubled past and that he was recently released from prison two years ago for armed robbery, but has since been on the straight and narrow

Police said they're still in the early stages of their investigation and are looking at all possible options, following up all leads, before considering this a critical missing case.

Scott moebs said he and others will be out Monday night looking for John and passing out flyers.
