Man killed in double shooting in Milwaukee

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the 4600 block of Burleigh around 11:40 p.m. Friday.

Officers responded to the sound of gunshots and found two victims.

A 47-year-old man died from his injuries despite life saving efforts by the Milwaukee Fire Department.

A 43-year-old man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his non life threatening injuries.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.
