Man Injured in Sunday Night Shooting

A 42-year-old Milwaukee man received a non life threatening wound when he was shot Sunday night. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, the man was approached by a known suspect around 7:30 PM the area of N 27th Street and W Medford Avenue when the suspect shot the victim. Despite his injury, the man was able to drive himself to a hospital for treatment. The shooter fled the scene and is being sought by the Milwaukee Police Department.
