Man in serious condition after being shot in Kenosha home

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) – Kenosha Police say a 41-year-old man is in serious condition after being shot on Sunday.
Authorities say the shooting happened at a home near 29th Ave. and 64th St. around 5:30 a.m. The victim was brought to a Kenosha area hospital and then was taken by Flight for Life to a Milwaukee hospital.
A 57-year-old suspect was arrested in connection to the shooting. According to police, the department is referring a charge of attempted first degree homicide to the district attorney’s office.
