MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Police Department says the victim, a 49-year-old Milwaukee man, was crossing traffic when he was hit by the vehicle.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Police say the suspect drove off. MPD is continuing to search for the suspect.
The incident remains under investigation.

First responders say a man was hit by a car and taken to the hospital with injuries.
The accident happened just before 9:00 p.m. Wednesday.
