Man gunned down while walking

MILWAUKEE—Milwaukee police are investigating after a man is shot while walking down the street.
It happened near 26th Street and Port Sunlight Way around 7:15 p.m. Friday.
The victim was walking when he heard several gunshots and was struck.
He told police that he did not see who was shooting.
The victim suffered a non life threatening injury and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police said that the investigation is ongoing and there are currently no suspects in custody.
