Man Finds out his Dog was Hit by Car through Police Facebook Post

The Beloit Police Department posted on their Facebook page late Saturday night that a Shih Tzu with a blue collar was hit at the intersection of White and Lasalle around 10:00 PM Saturday.

The police department was trying to locate the dog's owner after officers took the dog to a vet in Janesville.

Hours later the dog's owner commented on the post saying he was the owner and notifying those concerned that Pancho, the dog, is in good condition with no broken bones.
