MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police were called to investigate a homicide near N. 5th St. and W. Center St. around 8:45 p.m, Thursday evening.
According to Police, a fight had occurred inside a tavern near the location. The victim left and shots were fired outside.Â
The Milwaukee Fire Department attempted to revive the victim, a 45-year-old man, but were unsuccessful.Â
MPDÂ Detectives are continuing to investigate the motive and search for suspect(s).

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A fatal shooting is currently under investigation in Milwaukee.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday near 5th and Center.
The Medical Examiner confirms that one man was killed in the shooting.
Milwaukee Police have not released details regarding the circumstances leading up to the shooting.
It's unclear if there are any suspects in custody.
