Man dies after driving off I-94 ramp

A 43 year-old man died after driving off a ramp at I-94 at North 35th Street on Monday night after 10:00 PM. 
Two witnesses stopped to render aid, and said the man had a pulse, but was not breathing.  One of the witnesses ran to the street to flag down two MPD bike patrol officers, who began CPR until Milwaukee Fire and Milwaukee Med units arrived.

The 43-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:00 p.m. His identity is being withheld pending notification of relatives.

According to the witnesses driving behind the vehicle, he was driving about 30 mph on the ramp and slowed to 10 mph, drifting off to the right into the brush off the roadway, with the car slowly coming to a stop at a chain link fence.
