Man charged with allegedly dumping woman who overdosed in parking lot of Caledonia McDonalds
CALEDONIA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine man has been charged after allegedly dumping a woman who had overdosed in the parking lot of a McDonalds.
Bobby Lemmons, 37, of Racine is facing charges of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Manufacturing/Delivering Heroin.
Officers were called to the McDonalds on Douglas Avenue in Caledonia for a woman down in the parking lot.
Officers spoke with witnesses who say that a man drive circled the parking lot of the McDonalds several times before getting out and pulling a woman from the back seat. The man allegedly asked the witnesses if they knew CPR before driving off.
Officers then spoke with the victim who told police that she was with Lemmons when he left to get $20 worth of heroin. The victim told police that she then snorted the heroin Lemmons purchased for her. The victim said that was the last thing she remembered before waking up in an ambulance.
