MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A 28-year-old man is facing a felony murder charge in connection to a shooting on December 26.
According to a criminal complaint, Keeven Summerville shot a man after a fight broke out during an attempted robbery near 70th and Bobolink.
The mother of Summerville’s baby told police Summerville told her he was going to commit a robbery on December 26. She says Summerville later texted her saying the incident didn’t go as planned and someone died. Police were able to identify Summerville as the suspect through interviews and cell phone evidence.
He faces up to 35 years in prison.
