MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Malik Terrell made his first court appearance Sunday morning.
He's charged with first degree intentional homicide for his involvement in the death of 15-year-old Dennis King.
On May 14th, Terrell left Milwaukee for Chicago. He later turned himself to authorities and was extradited back to Milwaukee.
Terrell will be back in court for his preliminary hearing on June 6th. His cash bond was set at $500,000.
