Man charged for allegedly touching himself in Culver's drive-thru in Waukesha

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Fort Atkinson man is charged after police say he was reportedly touching himself while in the drive-thru of a Culver's in Waukesha.

Lee Holtgrieve, 49, is charged with causing a child over 13 to view/listen to sexual activity and lewd and lascivious behavior.

According to the criminal complaint, police were called to the Culvers on East Main Street on May 21 for a report of an indecent exposure incident. An employee of the restaurant told police she walked out to the parking lot to deliver food to someone waiting in line when she witnessed Holtgrieve performing a sexual act on himself. Police said they also took a report from another 15-year-old employee of the same Culver's who witnessed a similar incident the day before.

When officers spoke with Holtgrieve, he initially denied the accusations before admitting to touching himself saying he had probably done this "because he wanted to be caught" and thought the workers at Culver's were all over the age of 16.

If convicted on both charges, Holtgrieve could face up to six years and nine months in prison along with thousands of dollars in fines.
