RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man, trying to get away from Racine Police, forgets to put his car in park and it's captured on police dashcam video.
On December 15, 2017, police tried to stop the driver of a Cadillac. After a short chase, the driver turned into an alley near West 6th Street and got out of the car.
Dashcam video shows the car kept rolling down a hill until it disappeared over a riverbank. The driver failed to put it in park before running off.
Eventually, the man, 28-year-old Todd Harris of Sturtevant was arrested.
He faces drug and obstruction charges. Police say they found drugs and paraphernalia in the car.
