Man Captures Thieves Stealing His Tires on Dash Camera

A 33-year-old Brown Deer resident’s personal dash camera captured thieves stealing his tires on Friday.
According to Brown Deer Police, an officer observed a black Dodge Charger on cinder blocks, with no wheels, in the parking lot.
The incident occurred in the 8300 block of North Teutonia Avenue.
The registered owner told police the wheels were on his vehicle when he last saw it at 8:30 PM.
The man had an on board dash camera in his vehicle, which showed a silver Dodge Caravan park.
Two male subjects wearing all black were seen rolling his tires from his car to the van.
