Man arrested for reckless homicide in death of 4-year-old boy in Sheboygan County

A 4-year-old boy has died as the result of injuries that he suffered which are believed to be intentionally inflicted said the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office. 

Officials responded to a home on the 8500 block of County Highway W on Friday after a 911 call saying that the 4-year-old had been injured in a home related accident.

The child was seriously injured and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend. He was taken by flight for life to Children's Hospital in Milwaukee.

As a result of the injuries he suffered the boy passed away over the weekend.

Through investigation officials discovered that his injuries may have been intentionally inflicted.

An adult make was taken into custody for reckless homicide. He has not been formally charged at this time.
