Man Arrested for 9th OWI

On Tuesday August 9th, at approximately 6:11PM, Dane County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence in the Town of Vienna for reports of a suspicious person.
The man left the residence in his 2001 Ford Pick-up. He was located on State Highway 113 near Ripp Ln.
After making contact, 73-year-old Clarence F. Gage refused to perform field sobriety tests, but he did consent to a blood test.
He was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 9th Offense. Gage is currently being held in the Dane County Jail.
