Man arrested after loaded gun found on changing table in restroom of West Bend Starbucks

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Jackson man is arrested after police say a loaded handgun was found inside the bathroom of a local Starbucks. 

According to the West Bend Police Department, an employee of the Starbucks at Washington and 18th found the loaded gun in a holster on a baby changing table in the shop's bathroom around 4:30 p.m. Monday. 

Police say the owner of the gun, a 42-year-old man had placed the gun on a changing table when he was using the bathroom and forgot it when he left.

Officers say the man has a concealed carry permit but was arrested for negligent handling of a dangerous weapon.
