Man accused of sexually assaulting elderly woman, blackmailing her family

MPD MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is accused of sexually assaulting an elderly woman before trying to blackmail her and her family.
Cedric Brow, 46, was first charged last week and faces two felonies.
Prosecutors say he sexually assaulted the 83-year-old woman as he was working as her caretaker.
He allegedly went on to tell the victim's family that he recorded the assault and would spread the video online if they didn't pay him.
He's being held on a $40,000 bond and will be back in court next week.
