Police say 29-year-old Jovon Bethly forced a woman into his car and raped her earlier this month.
Investigators say he then did the same thing to a woman jogging on a trail in Wauwatosa a week later.
The court denied the defense's motion to dismiss the charges. Bethly was bound over for trial.
