WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A disturbing story from State Fair Park, where police are investigating the alleged poisoning of a woman with super glue.
Last Thursday, a woman approached State Fair police, saying she believes her coworker, Joseph Ross, put something in her drinks because they had a strong chemical smell and taste. She also said she got sick after drinking the beverages.
After reviewing surveillance video, officers interviewed Ross who admitted to putting what he called a "supplement" into her drink. But upon searching, they found gloves with a super glue container wrapped inside. Officers then arrested Ross.
If convicted of the felony charge, he faces up to $10,000 in fines, and up to three and a half years in prison.
