WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The man charged with hitting and killing a bicyclist in Waukesha County is bound over for trial.
James Kramp pleaded not guilty in court Thursday morning.
He's accused of hitting Brian Yagoda on Golf Road in Delafield in June 2018.
Yagoda's wife has donated tens of thousands of dollars to fix the road where he was hit. The money would be used to pave over the gravel shoulders, making it safer for bicyclists.
Kramp will be back in court in April.
