Man, 74, facing charges after gun discharges in parking lot of Wausau grocery store

WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) -- A 74-year-old man will be referred for charges after he dropped a gun in the parking lot of a business on E. Wausau Avenue Monday evening, causing it to discharge.
The incident happened just before 6 p.m. near Lamb's grocery store.
Wausau Police said no one was injured and no property was damaged.
Police are recommending the man be charged with second degree recklessly endangering safety.
