MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Thanks to the "Grove Solar Program," a record number of households in Jefferson and Waukesha counties made the switch to solar power.
Peter Murphy is from the Midwest Renewable Energy Association. Murphy joined CBS 58 on Monday, April 25 to talk about the program that represented over $1.4 million worth of investment in clean energy from everyday people, at no cost to taxpayers.
