Van Auken’s tips include:
- Take supplements that benefit immunity (vitamin C, D, etc.)
- Move daily
- Eat a nutrient dense diet
- Practice breathing exercises to quickly reduce stress
- Avoid inflammatory foods and drinks (alcohol, sugars and sweeteners)
