MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Chef Suzzette Metcalfe joined us Wednesday, June 11 to demonstrate how to make traditional Italian cannoli. Metcalfe owns The Pasta Tree Restaurant & Wine Bar, located on Milwaukee’s East Side.
National Cannoli Day will coincide with Father’s Day on Sunday, June 15 this year. During the segment, Metcalfe shared ingredients and walked through the process of assembling classic cannoli.
