Local bakery showcases their Easter 'Honey Bunnies'

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With Easter just around the corner, the Elm Grove Great Harvest Bread Co. is preparing to launch their festive "Honey Bunnies."

Michael Giles, Manager and Operating Partner at Elm Grove Great Harvest joined us on Tuesday, March 28 to offer a glimpse into the making of these handcrafted, bunny-shaped bread creations.

Made from the company's signature honey whole wheat bread, the bunnies consist of five simple ingredients: honey, yeast, water, salt and fresh whole grain flour. During the interview, Giles demonstrated how the process works.
