Local bakery closing after nearly 50 years to live on through recipes

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A bakery on Milwaukee's south side will close later this month, but its sweet tradition will carry on.
In a Facebook post, Lopez Bakery shared its last day will be Sunday, Jan. 14.
The family-owned business has been around for nearly 50 years. However, Lopez Bakery also shared its traditional Mexican recipes will be kept alive with help from fellow bakery La Casa del Pan on Muskego Ave.
