Live Music at the Lakefront week kicks off with Summerfest ticket promotion

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- Although Summerfest isn't until September, live outdoor music is still happening at the newly renovated American Family Insurance Amphitheater this week!

Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. has declared the week of Monday, July 26 as "Live Music at the Lakefront" week.

Foo Fighters will close out the celebration on Friday. It will be the first concert in the new amphitheater and the largest show in the area since early 2019.

Below is a schedule for this week:

Monday, July 26

$25 All-In-Concert Ticket promotion is announced. A limited number of tickets will be available beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday. Four tickets are allowed per transaction.

Tickets are available online only and are available for the following concerts: Hella Mega Tour featuring Green day, Fall Out Boy, Weezer (Sept. 1), Jonas Brothers (Sept. 8), Luke Bryan (Sept.2), Chance the Rapper (Sept. 3), Twenty One Pilots (Sept. 4), Zac Brown Band (Sept. 10), Megan Thee Stallion (Sept. 16), and Miley Cyrus (Sept. 17).

Tuesday, July 27

Additional Summerfest headliners will be announced and an updated lineup poster will be revealed. 

Wednesday, July 28.

The $25 All-In concert tickets will go on sale at 11 a.m.

There will also be a sneak peek of the new Generac Power Stage.

Thursday, July 29

BOGO - Buy one ticket, get one ticket free, for special community concert with Little Big Town on Friday, Aug. 13. Online only from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Friday, July 30

Foo Fighters will be the first concert in the the new American Family Insurance Amphitheater.
