BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- As the new year begins, many are focused on fitness and wellness goals. To help people in the area accomplish those goals, Nikki Gnatzig, a hairstylist at LifeSpa Brookfield, and Ashley Prinz, a massage therapist at the same location, joined us on Tuesday, Feb. 11 to share ways to maintain hair and skin health.
Gnatzig recommends regular trims every six to eight weeks to promote hair health and prevent split ends. She also suggests deep conditioning or glossing treatments during winter months to restore moisture and enhance shine.
Prinz highlights massage therapy and sauna use as methods to support recovery and relaxation. She advises staying hydrated, especially after a massage, to maintain overall well-being.
Appointments can be scheduled through the LifeTime app or in person at LifeSpa Brookfield.
