Lake Mills PD search for stolen vehicle used in ATM burglary

Police say the vehicle has been located. 


LAKE MILLS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Lake Mills Police Department is searching for a stolen vehicle that was involved in an ATM robbery. 

The police responded to the incident around 5:55 a.m. on Saturday, April 20. They received a report of damage to an ATM at Summit Credit Union. The responding officer discovered forced entry was made into the ATM. Police say an undisclosed amount of cash was taken. 

The investigation revealed a black Ford F150 with Wisconsin registration NW2712 was used during this incident. Investigators also learned the vehicle had been stolen from a residence from Lake Mills. The vehicle has not been located.
