Lake Geneva Police Department says no parking on Geneva Lake during Winterfest

LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (CBS 58) – Winterfest is underway in Lake Geneva.
Police say parking on the lake is not allowed.
Nearly two years ago, cars parked on Geneva Lake broke through the ice and started to sink.
Many of the drivers were from out of town and didn’t know they couldn’t park there.
Winterfest runs through February 4.
