Kris Zocco waives preliminary hearing

MILWAUKEE -- The man last seen with a missing Milwaukee woman is now facing possession of child pornography charges. 

38-year-old Kris Zocco waived his preliminary hearing this morning, but will appear in court for a bail hearing today. Police say they found several videos containing child pornograhy in Zocco's apartment. Some videos contain children as young as two to three years old.

Meanwhile, authorities will resume a search at a landfill in Menomonee Falls this morning for clues into the disappearance of 27-year-old Kelly Dwyer. Zocco was the last person seen with Dwyer before she disapperaed.

Zocco told police the two did drugs at his apartment, and parted ways. Kelly Dwyer has been missing for more than three weeks now.
