Kris Zocco in court this afternoon

MILWAUKEE -- The man last seen with a missing Milwaukee woman faces a judge in just a few hours.
38-year-old Kris Zocco was arrested on drug-related charges just days after his girlfriend, 27-year-old Kelly Dwyer, was reported missing by her mother.
Now, he is back in custody, accused of having child pornography.
The majority of the pornography was found on a file sharing program, while some were backed up on a hard drive on this computer.
Zocco will be in court for a preliminary hearing this afternoon for his drug charges.
