MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man charged with murdering Kelly Dwyer appeared in a Milwaukee County Courtroom on Friday.
Kris Zocco had a motion hearing and his lawyer discussed what kind of evidence and testimony could be used at trial, including search warrants and surveillance video.
Zocco is charged in the 2013 murder of Dwyer, whose remains weren't found until nearly 2 years after she was last seen entering Zocco's east side apartment.
The judge will go over motions again in a few weeks.
Zocco's trial is still scheduled for February.
He is already serving 19 years in prison for unrelated porn charges.
