Kitten thrown out of car looking for a new home

A Good Samaritan took a kitten to the Wisconsin Humane Society after seeing the animal being thrown out of a moving car. Buffy, is a 4-week-old kitten, and is looking for a foster home.
April is Critical Foster Recruitment Month. The Wisconsin Humane Society will have open houses at all of their campuses with free treats, kitten visits and information on how to become a foster parent to an animal.
