Kenosha Shooting Victim Identified

The Kenosha Police Department is investigating the shooting death of a 33-year-old man who found in the front yard of a home near 62nd Street and 19th Avenue on October 24. The Officers arrived at the scene they found Willie Owens, who had been shot multiple times. Owens was transported to a local hospital but died of his wounds. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.
