Kenosha police: Motorcyclist dies after crashing into pole near 65th and Sheridan

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Kenosha police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened near 65th and Sheridan on Sunday, May 8.
Police say it happened just before 8 p.m.; officials received a report of a motorcyclist who had struck a pole.
Authorities located a 27-year-old Kenosha County man with a head injury and was unresponsive. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to witnesses, the motorcyclist had been weaving through traffic at a high rate of speed prior to the crash.
No other injuries were reported.
