KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Kenosha Police Department says it has identified the man.

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Kenosha Police Department is asking for help in identifying a person appearing to ride a motorized scooter into a store.
According to the department's Facebook page, anyone who provides information that leads to an arrest could be rewarded with money.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 262-605-5261.
