KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An investigation is underway following a shooting that injured a 26-year-old Kenosha man Tuesday, July 11. 

Officers responded to the parking lot of an apartment complex near 16th Avenue and Birch Road around 10 p.m. and located the victim with several gunshot wounds. 

He was transferred to an area hospital where he's said to be in stable condition. 

An investigation is underway. No suspects are in custody at this time.
