Kenosha County COVID-19 testing site announces changes

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) --- The COVID-19 testing landscape in Kenosha County has announced two changes that have now taken effect Saturday, Jan. 2.

According to officials, the Kenosha Community Health Center has moved its drive-thru clinic to the former Chase Bank, 5506 Seventh Ave., drive-thru downtown. It was previously located at Gateway Technical College. The site will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Testing will be conducted by appointments only.

Officials also say the Kenosha Fire Department is no longer offering testing on Wednesdays and Fridays.

However, local pharmacy Modern Apothecary will continue to offer it Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Modern Apothecary is located at old Fire Station No. 3 at 2121 Roosevelt Road. Testing hours are 2 p.m. to 6p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.
