LOS ANGELES (CBS 58) -- Ken Osmond, "Leave It to Beaver" star, has passed away -- according to a report from TMZ.
The report says the actor died Monday, May 18, at his home in Los Angeles, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Osmond was cast as Eddie Haskell on "Leave It to Beaver" in 1957, and became a series mainstay for over six seasons and 234 episodes.
Osmond was 76 years old.
