Jury trial requested in Sterling Brown lawsuit

Brown is accusing officers of using excessive force in a lawsuit filed against MPD and the city.
Both sides are requesting a jury trial that could go as long as two weeks.
They expect the trial to begin in October of next year.
The city has denied any wrongdoing.
