JUST IN: Sources tell me Jonathan Pogreba is back in custody. He was on the run for a second time after a domestic incident back in June. Waukesha Co. Sheriff’s Department says a statement will be coming shortly. @CBS58pic.twitter.com/crxpVJhIZj— Jacquelyn Abad (@JacquelynAbadTV) December 11, 2018
Back in June, Pogreba took off the first time after a domestic incident in the Town of Eagle over the summer. Deputies say he pointed a gun at his wife and threatened her. He was on the run for two weeks until he turned himself into the Waukesha County Courthouse.
In October, he posted a $150,000 bail. After he was released, authorities issued an arrest warrant when they found out he had tampered with his ankle bracelet.
A second warrant was issued when he didn't show up to court in November.
He is currently being held at the Waukesha County jail.
