Second annual Winter Market returns to Station 1846 this Sunday
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The JLL Construction Trends & Midyear Update offers insights into construction employment growth, the completion of key projects like the Baird Center and Couture apartments and the overall state of the industry in Milwaukee.
Michele Raysich, Vice President of Project and Development Services with JLL, discussed these trends when she joined us on Wednesday, Oct. 18, noting a 5% increase in construction employment compared to pre-COVID-19 levels.
She also highlighted supply chain stabilization and easing material costs, helping construction leaders effectively plan for upcoming projects.
