Jacob Blake in court for domestic abuse case, pleads not guilty

KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The man who Kenosha police shot in August, Jacob Blake, appeared in court virtually on Wednesday, Oct. 21, for a domestic abuse case hearing from May. 

Blake is charged with criminal trespass to a dwelling, third degree sexual assault, and disorderly conduct. 

In court Wednesday, Blake pleaded not guilty. He is scheduled for another trial on Nov. 9. 

It's unknown if the officers who shot Blake knew of these past charges.
