Jackson County identifies cold case victim as Milwaukee woman

(WKBT) Jackson County Sheriff's Office announced today it identified the body of a cold case victim from 1990. The murdered woman was Julia Baez.
Baez was from Milwaukee, Wis.
She was killed in Black River Falls and her body was decapitated.
DNA testing identified her.
Jackson County investigators are working with Milwaukee Police Department on this case.
