Jackknifed Semi Causes Closures in Mitchell Interchange

According to Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Jackknifed semi and concrete debris have caused the closure of all lanes from the north to the west in the Mitchell Interchange, along with the southbound Layton off-ramp. 

Deputies are on the scene, and expected to open lanes for through traffic within 15 minutes.
