Intoxicated Driver in West Bend Tries to Pass on Right Side and Crashes into Parked Car

A 38-year-old driver tried to pass a vehicle on the right and crashed into a legally parked car on Sunday around 7:00 AM in West Bend.
The incident happened on the 100 block of West Paradise Drive.
Officers responded and located the 38 year old driver. The man showed obvious signs of intoxication. The officer cited the man for illegal passing, operating with no auto insurance, and OWI. The male was on probation and was taken to the Washington County Jail on a probation hold.
